Do I have to pay for delivery?

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150
Orders under $150 are just a flat rate of only $9.95

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Australia wide.

Please note we're not able to deliver our products to PO Box addresses. If possible, please use a residential or business address when entering your delivery address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • METRO AREAS: 2-3 business days.
  • REGIONAL AREAS: 5-9 business days (depending on how remote your location is it may sometimes take an extra day or two).
  • WA / NT Orders: Whilst we work on our Western Australia Fulfilment Centre, Orders to Western Australia and Northern Territory are currently taking approx. 7-14 business days.

Why has my order come in separate packages?

If you've purchased multiple products in one order, you may receive a split delivery. This is due to the size of your order and is nothing to worry about. If this occurs, you'll receive separate dispatch emails so you can track what's coming, when.


Do you have a size guide?

Yes! Take a look at our Size Guide so you can be sure you're ordering the right size mattress or topper for your bed. You can find the weights for each individual size on the product pages.

What do I do with my mattress or topper when it arrives?

Your mattress or topper will arrive boxed and vacuum-packed on delivery. Take it to your chosen room and pierce the plastic cover; this allows air back into the product. Very quickly, the mattress or topper will recover to its original shape, but we recommend you allow up to 24 - 72 hours for it to fully regain its shape before covering with sheets and sleeping on it for the first time.

Do you manufacturer custom made sizes?

At present, we don't offer custom made sizes. However, we're always evolving and launching new products so please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for the latest updates.

Can I use an electric blanket on my topper?

No, we advise that you do not use an electric blanket, as over time it can have an adverse effect on the materials used inside the mattress or topper.

How can I stop the topper from moving around?

The topper is created using a non-slip material to enable it to stay in place. To further reduce movement without compromising the topper, we suggest placing a deep fitted sheet over the mattress and topper, or use a sheet on the mattress and another on the topper.

Can I use the topper on an adjustable bed?

Yes, all our toppers are suitable for adjustable beds. Please remember to check when selecting our toppers, the dimensions are compatible to that of your existing adjustable bed.

Is there a weight limit for your toppers?

All our products have been tested for use up to 150kg for durability and performance. 

Are your products hypo-allergenic?

Yes, our products are hypo-allergenic and latex free, and our foams are Certipur Certified meaning they are free from harmful chemicals. The technology within our mattresses, toppers and pillows also work to improve air circulation and wick away moisture for a healthier sleeping environment.

What is the 80 night risk-free trial and why do you require that you sleep on your topper for a minimum of 30 nights?

Our mattresses and toppers come with an 80 nights risk-free trial. This means that if you're still unhappy with your purchase after 30 days, you’ve got the following 50 days to return your item for a refund or exchange.

The reason we ask you to sleep on it for at least 30 days is because it generally takes that amount of time for your body to adjust to sleeping on a proper support surface.

Please note: clearance items and pillows are excluded from the sleep trial.

Why is keeping cool so important for getting a good night's sleep?

Your body temperature naturally falls in the evening, signalling that it's time for bed. A lower temperature also tells your body to produce melatonin, the sleep hormone. There's no doubt that you sleep better when you're cool and comfortable, not hot and sweaty. The American Sleep Foundation has even recognised temperature as the number one disrupter of sleep.
