Everything you need to know about our returns policy.

Refunds:

Refund if your product is unopened:

 

1. Contact us via email at customerservice@octasmart.com.au and request a return.

 

2. If your product has been unopened, our Customer Service team will arrange a collection.

Refund if your product has been opened:

 

Contact us via email at customerservice@octasmart.com.au and we'll walk you through the following process:

 

1. We love our planet so we don't want to contribute to landfill waste. In the spirit of being kind to our planet, we kindly ask that you donate or recycle your product. Depending on where you live, there are charities that may accept pillow, topper or mattress donations. Some may even collect them for you. Once you've arranged this, we ask that you provide Customer Services with a photo of the receipt of your donation and they'll process your refund.

Exchanges:

To make an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@octasmart.com.au and one of our Customer Service advisors will be able to suggest the best alternative model or size, and explain the exchange process. Once we've received your returned item, your replacement will be sent to you.
